Milvus Volante Corp. (“Milvus Volante”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.
Posting content that infringes on a third party’s intellectual property rights violates Milvus Volante’s Terms of use. It is Milvus Volante’s policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others. You must be a rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of a rights holder to submit an intellectual property report.
Note: Reporting intellectual property infringement is a serious matter, and submitting false reports may result in legal liability for damages, and termination of your account or access to Milvus Volante Services.
Milvus Volante complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and any other applicable intellectual property laws. In accordance with the DMCA Milvus Volante will respond expeditiously to valid claims of copyright infringement regarding material on websites that Milvus Volante operates (the “Sites”) or on Milvus Volante products or services (the “Services””) that are reported to Milvus Volante or to Milvus Volante’s Designated Copyright Agent, in accordance with the sample notice below.

In accordance with the DMCA, we will forward the details of your report (including your name and email address, and/or the name of the rights owner and their email address) to the person who posted the content, so that you may resolve the dispute independently. Upon receipt of a valid Notice, Milvus Volante will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the reported material.

If content that you posted is removed based on a copyright report, we will notify you and provide the name and contact information of the person who reported the content. You may choose to contact the person who reported the content to resolve the dispute independently.
Alternatively, you may submit a counter-notice to Milvus Volante via mail or email to our Designated Copyright Agent. If you submit a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the person who reported your content, sharing your name and email address. If you do not wish for us to share your personal email address, we recommend that you provide a working business or professional email address in your counter-notice.

If we forward a valid counter notice to the person who reported your content and they don’t notify us that they have filed a court action to keep the content down (within 10-14 days), we will restore or re-enable access to that content. Due to technical limitations, there may be circumstances in which we are unable to restore or re-enable access to the content.

We may ask for additional information to support your claim (for example, an explanation of why you believe the content violates your rights, and the law you believe applies). In some situations, we may request a court order.
